Alaina Bearden brings a wealth of experience and a passion for educational transformation to Duet, drawing from experiences as an educator, leader, and advocate. With a deep commitment to expanding access to higher education, Alaina is driven by the belief that education has the power to transform lives and empower communities.
With a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California, 16 years of teaching experience, and 8 years of online educational consulting and advocacy, Alaina’s work is informed by the real connections forged with students at Duet. Through her role, Alaina seeks to create meaningful opportunities for individuals from all walks of life to pursue their educational aspirations.
When she’s not at Duet, Alaina can be found singing or playing the bass guitar with one of her bands, lifting weights, or on an adventure with friends.
