Estelle brings experience as an accomplished senior administrator within both the private and non-profit sectors of Boston to her role at Duet. She's thrilled to be able to use her skills to support a mission that is highly personal for her.
"I was quite young when I had my first child and I had to make a very hard choice: do I pursue my education or start working? I knew I wanted to provide them with the best life possible, so I chose the salary and the benefits over getting the degree. I've achieved a great career, but I know I had to work 10x harder for it without having that degree. I love that I am able to support an organization that is making college possible for many more people, so they won't have to face some of the same barriers that I have on their pathway to success."
When she's not at Duet, you can find Estelle spending time with her children and grandchildren, hiking, playing with her Siberian Husky, reading, and traveling. Her favorite places to visit? Puerto Rico and California..
